  • 10 hours of rental time for up to 250 guests

  • Bovender Lobby and Swennson Patron Room

  • Frist Boardroom

  • Lighting Package - Stage Wash / Multiple Gobo Install

 

*Guest count for weekday/daytime events is 150 and is non-negotiable.
Holiday weekend events incur a fee.
Rental time includes load-in and out. Extra hours are subject to additional charges.
Catering, linens, china and valet not included.
Day-of-event insurance and valet are required for events of over 100 guests.
